Applying deep learning at the ICR

Overview

This half-day course will be a follow on from the NVIDIA Fundamentals of Deep Learning Workshop, but anybody is welcome. This will be a practical session, introducing some additional applications of deep learning of relevance to research at the ICR, and providing guidance on how to set up your own deep learning environment at the ICR.

This course is aimed at those who attended the NVIDIA Fundamentals of Deep Learning Workshop. If you have not, contact Adam Tyson (adam.tyson01@icr.ac.uk) for some pre-course materials. You will need a laptop with conda (miniconda or anaconda) installed and an activated Alma HPC account.
